Cancellation & Rescheduling

We respectfully request at least 48 business hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be considered a missed appointment.

If you are ill or experiencing an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible and we will gladly assist with rescheduling.

Missed Appointments

Repeated missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in adjustments to scheduling, which may include:

  • Same-day appointment confirmation
  • Limited advance booking
  • Placement on a short-notice schedule
  • Deposit requirement for extended procedures

In rare situations where missed appointments occur repeatedly, the practice may determine that it is no longer possible to continue scheduling treatment.

Surgical & Extended Procedures

Surgical and complex procedures require dedicated clinical time and careful preparation.

Because extended clinical time is reserved specifically for these procedures, patients should schedule surgical appointments only when they are confident they will be able to attend.

For certain surgical or extended appointments, a reservation deposit may be required to reserve clinical time. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the procedure.

Occasionally, procedures may require additional time to ensure precision, safety, and optimal outcomes, which may result in schedule adjustments.
